This past week leading up to Easter, I have felt so much joy! Of course I’m excited because I found the cutest Easter dress, but I’m mainly joyful because of what this holiday is all about…Jesus’ victory over death!
Each year I become more and more aware of how great Jesus’ love is for us. As many times as my sinful heart goes astray, He draws me back in to Him every time, closer than I’ve ever been before. His grace finds me just as I am, and He still calls me righteous! Easter is a great reminder of this truth. Jesus died for our sins, and raised from the dead to show us that we are forgiven! It’s the basic truth of Christianity, but as many times as I hear it, it never gets old.
Let this be the first joy in your heart this Easter…and let the second be your Easter outfit 😉 Okay maybe it shouldn’t be that important, but I just can’t get over this mid-length dress I found at H&M! The colors are so perfect for Easter and the tie-top straps add the cutest touch! I’m not a huge fan of wearing mid-length dresses, but if you pair them with heels it makes the shape so much more flattering. I love pieces that can be worn for different occasions throughout the seasons, and this dress is definitely one of them!
