So many of you non-blogger peeps may be wondering… “What the heck is Like To Know It and how in the world do I use it?” Well, hopefully this post will clear up all the questions you have! You might even find yourself falling in love with online shopping all over again, because I know I did!

Ok, I am going to completely break it down for y’all, and explain how it benefits you and me! Like To Know It is an app that allows you to shop your favorite bloggers’ looks easier than ever. This platform was developed by the company, RewardStyle, who came up with a way bloggers can make a commission from sales of products they wear in their posts! 

If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen that little white or black heart at the bottom right of my pictures. You also may have seen me tagging @liketoknowit and hash tagging #LTKit in my captions. That means that my photo is enabled to work through the Like To Know It app. Now let me tell you how that works:

1. So how do I get the app? Plain and simple: just go to the App Store and download the Like To Know It app…it’s FREE! Once downloaded, you just have to sign up by providing an email and password. By signing up for Like To Know It, you will not receive any spam mail or anything annoying. Then tap the search icon, type in aubschick and hit that follow button! Here, you can search and follow your other favorite influencers too! Once you click on my page, you can shop my looks by tapping on a picture from my feed. Each item in the pic will be listed below the picture. Tap on one of the items (for example a dress) and you will see the “SHOP” button. This will take you directly to the website where I bought the item (like Express), and you can purchase it there! Here is what it looks like on the app!

Bonus for me: When you purchase an item through my Like To Know It post, I will get a commission from what you buy! If you decide you don’t want to buy that exact item, you can still continue to shop the website from that page. If you then find some shoes you would rather buy and purchase them then, I will still benefit from that purchase too! This does NOT charge you any extra money to shop this way. I’m telling you this just so you know how much this helps me as a blogger! (:

2. There is also a second way you can shop my looks! First, download the app AND follow me on Instagram (@aubschick). When you see that little heart at the bottom of my Instagram pic, or a @liketoknowit tag as I mentioned before, you can screenshot that pic and it will send it directly to the Like To Know It app. Open the app, tap the heart button at the bottom left of the menu bar, and my picture should appear! Now you can shop the look the same way I explained in #1.

3. You can always shop my looks here on the blog too! From now on, all of the clothes/items I link in my blog posts will be connected through Like To Know It. Another way is to click “Shop My Instagram” in the menu bar of my blog. Here, you can click each picture for outfit details and get direct links to shop!  

How does this benefit you? Well if you follow fashion influencers, like I do, you probably constantly wish you knew where they bought their clothes/makeup/accessories from. Say you see me wearing a pair of shoes you love… Like To Know It saves you SO much time when trying to search for them online. You don’t have to search every nook and cranny of the internet for that pair of shoes! Instead, you can find and buy them with a few simple clicks. I LOVE using this app myself, and I know you will too! It also makes it more fun knowing that you’re helping out your fave bloggers at no extra cost.
